You can put Lugol's solution in water, a drop or two is not too bad. I don't like more thann just a couple of drops, but others don't mind it. Never use Iodine tincture from a drugstore orally. It is dissolved in alcohol and may be harmful. There are a few other types of Iodine that can be used orally, but I have not tried them. I like to use a little grape juice because I can't taste even six drops.
