I am trying to get through my first day of the fast without breaking down and eating, although it's 4:00 my weakest time and I did have 10 almonds. I think that is okay. Today, I made a large pitcher of orange and pineapple juice that I'm taking with the LBB.
So where and what is wheatgrass? Is it like sprouts? Do I need to grow them?
I know eating is a habit. I went to a farmer's market yesterday and the grocery store today and it was really hard not to give in and buy something to eat for later. This is my "4th" day of the "1st day" of the oj fast you know what I mean?
