Re: Why do you OP?

I started oilpulling to take tooth pain away. My sister has also used it successfully for this purpose, since she cannot afford to take time off to go to a dentist. The side benefits I recieved were my allergies went away, and I had horrible allergies. Then I noticed the vertical lines around my cheeks went away. I thought for sure I was going to have some rather deep wrinkles as I got older. They are gone and my teeth white now rather than yellow. I don't feel the hard calculus stuff around the bottom of my teeth anymore and they feel cleaner than ever. What's not to like about oilpulling. It seems to be relaxing and calming and I'm in a better frame of mind afterword. Some other positvie effects I will probably notice given time. But I never want to see a Dentist again if possible. And I believe it is possible unless I lose a filling or a crown. So it's also a money saver to me. I love it. I have been oilpulling for a year now. I don't miss a day. Sometimes I'll do it twice in a day. A few times I've tried it back to back for 3 times in a row.
