Well, one time I fasted for 10 days and on the 10th day I had a cramp in my leg. I learned later I had a mineral deficiency. Magnesium for sure and probably calcium and the other minerals. So, I'm thinking later, I'll take some minerals. I believe that during a Water Fast the body digests the yeast & parasites. During a fast the body eats all the dead cells and all the garbage in the body, which includes, I believe, yeast & parasites. So, how are you feeling after 2 weeks on your fast? How much weight did you lose?
