Actually, I would like to leave his name in my file and write a note of warning next to his name, so that way people won't go to him accidentally from not seeing his name on the list.  Is is ok if I copy what you wrote and put it next to his name on my list.  I will put no names of any kind, so no one would know who wrote it.  Is this ok with you?
