Yes kid, that is what kids do to mothers. The good thing about sons is, when they know mom has a problem they are still challenged to find an answer :)

The Lugol's was easy for me I used it through the day in anything, for now I might do the nascent in the morning and take the Lugol's at other times.
Interesting about the 2 hours even in Lugol's, it would be nice if they had a clear answer.
At least you have some idea of my thought process, I want more Iodine than iodide.
