Thanks again everyone...

I put together all of the information, printed it out, and will be making a trip, most likely tomorrow, maybe Sunday, to their home. Hopefully they will be very open to try some of the suggestions. If we see improvement before the doctor visit in a month, I will post, otherwise I will wait for the doctor report to write an update.
