Well Ozzie in Canada, you've been very busy I see :-)

The lemon juice...hmmmm. The only thing I can think is that the citrus acid might eventually be hard on your enamel and you might end up with sensitive teeth.

Maybe you should gargle more than one with the Sea Salt water. Maybe go for about 4 gargles. I think I do about 2-3 come to think of it. I don't know, what do you think about that?

Another idea I had was Xylitol mouthwash. Sometimes I use that instead. Xylitol has been proven to very effectively fight cavities, and we use both the mouthwash and the toothpaste. I noticed my teeth get whiter when I use the mouthwash continuously.
