Ah, I bet you have a pesky horde of pinworms
partying by your bum hole. You can always make
sure, if you have a partner, at night when it
gets dark and you have been laying there relaxing,
you can have your partner use a flashlight and
check out your anus. The pinworms come out at
night and you can actually see them.

I no longer need the proof though, and when I
feel that familiar butt itch, I reach for a
parasite cleanse. I like rotating them so have
more than a few options. I recently had picked
up pinworms which is easy to do and within two
days of beginning a parasite cleanse, the itching
stopped. I continued the 30 day protocol however.
I probably average a case of pinworms a year or
less. It is important to change your bedding
daily and of course bathing and fresh underwear
is of utmost importance. You do not want to
reinfect yourself or others.

I can recommend Humaworm or MH's dewormer. I also
like Herbal Healers Academy parasite protocol, and
you can find many others at your local health food
store.
