Re: How many of you are allergic to gluten?
This is giving me hope..I never worried about the gluten intolerance issue because I was just like "I rarely eat bread, whatever" but I had NO CLUE how gluten is in almost ALL processed foods, microwave dinners, soy sauce {something I ate a LOT of}, any powdered packet sauce mixes, all cereals, and a million other things I never would have expected. SO I was eating it every day! It makes sense that when this irritant is in everything people would be developing allergies to it. I read somewhere that if you ate anything everyday {with some exceptions obviously} you would develop an intolerance.
To my knowledge, I didnt injest any gluten products yesterday {had a green smoothie for lunch and a poached egg with black beans and green beans for dinner}. My
Acne isnt healed but its not any worse either. Im going to keep doing the fruit/green smoothies because they seem so nutritious! I just hope all that fruit doesnt trigger a candida flare..god between worrying about
food allergies , candida, avoiding trans fat and high fructose corn syrup, AND being a vegetarian, there is almost nothing I can eat lol
