acv...

ACV as well as lemons are good for digestion. Only thing is they have seemed to bother my teeth in the past. Maybe I should swish with some Baking Soda right away to reduce the acidity in my mouth.

It was great to hear that ACV worked so well. ACV/lemons are mucus thinners and also good for liver. ( but not for our teeth!!)

Only thing is, they should not be taken on empty stomach and must always be diluted of course. I have read, that too much ACV/lemons can cause ULCERS in stomach, if taken on empty stomach. But if we take it right after eating, we should be fine, as it will aid digestion ( by increasing stomach acid)....

For the same reason, ASPIRIN,which is also just an acid(acetylsalicylic acid), can cause stomach bleeding if taken on empty stomach. But if taken with plenty of water, or after meals should be safe.

But I still am not convinced to injest pickling lime to raise my alkalinity. We just have to keep looking for what works best for us. One shoe does not fit all-- is very true.

These days, I am experimeting with some h2o2 injestion. It really helped me in overcoming my allergy symptoms. So I am sold. But I have to watch my diet very carefully and eat more proteins when doing h2o2, else I get hypoglycemic. Have u tried h2o2 drops in water.
