So I started taking a combo of Soy protein+ Whey protein in my morning shakes to increase my protein intake for the past 2 days.
My resting heart rate measured 80 bpm today, which is a vast improvement from 110 bpm. I need to improve further, but this is just after supplementing protein for 2 days.
BP is still normal 100/70.
I have reduced my h2o2 intake to 3 drops a day (went upto 8 drops before). I will increase gradually and continue to monitor my heart rate.
