Keep taking the Cal/Mag supplement. You need 1,200 mg of calcium a day, so the 174 mg from the Caprylex is not that much. Candida is also known to deplete magnesium, so 600 mg of magnesium from both supplements, although a little above the recommended dosage of 350 mg, is still helpful. However, if your stools start getting too loose from the additional magnesium, cut back until you are comfortable.
