Hello rawmonkey I like to keep my green smoothies simple,such as celery,parsley,kelp.I really like this smoothie pre workout,then have a sprout sandwich and another green smoothie focusing on protein post workout.I use ezekiel bread along with vegenaise grapeseed oil which smoothes out the brash flavors of sprouts.I use easy sprouters to grow my bean sprouts and my alfalfa sprouts.Using clean fresh foods gives me the ability to maintain muscle mass while staying very close to my ideal weight.My caloric intake fluctuates from 1500-2000 calories a day give or take a few hundred calories.I split my weight training into a 3 part rotation with a day of rest inbetween bodyparts.I do some yoga and downward dog is my favorite asana,love the hamstring stretch.Im under the impression you have a high power blender for making green smoothies.What type of blender are you using and what brand of spirulina are you using in your protein drink?
