I have a mild case of Gynecomastia, I have little lumps of tissue under my nipples. I've had this since I was a about 12 and I'm now almost 21. Its basically stayed the same and doctors said it would go away. I've cleansed my full body 3 times and did a candida cleanse not to long ago. I've tried increasing my testosterone
but I know its due to a hormone imbalance. I've been to a naturopathic doctor and they said I could be producing to much estrogen. Nothing they put me on worked. I do very well know its got to do with my body over producing something. I assume its estrogen. I'm not over weight at all, I'm well fit. I'm 5' 7" at 140 pounds. What can I do?
