Hello rawmonkey there is nothing more potent than a green smoothie made frome micro-greens that are harvested and consumed within a few minutes.Unfortunataly growing micro-greens is labor intensive and time consuming.There is a good book by Victoria Boutenko called Green For Life that focuses on greens in the human diet.Are you growing your own grass and if so what type of growing medium are you using?I did notice in your daily intake a lot of sugary foods and a low vegatable selection.Your overall diet is good but for optimal health some will need to be transitioned out for better options.Are you into weight training or some type of aerobics?I take it your burning those extra calories on some type of vigoures activity.
