Yes, I eat "fermented" dairy, goat yogurt and kefir. I have dairy goats. I also eat eggs from chickens I raise. I have one or two raw egg yokes in a green drink six days a week. Sometimes I eat a fried egg.
Weston Price advocates eating fish with scales and fins. The Maker's Diet does not include them as food you should eat. I don't eat them.
I eat fermented vegetables and dairy. I also drink fermented beverages. (Very good for fungal overgrowth...yeast.)
