Do you think consuming that much cacoa is good for you?I personaly consider cacoa to be more of a drug than a foodstuff.Have you considered adding fresh sprouts in your dietary intake?Your green intake is weak and needs attention.When I make a green smoothie it goes like this.3 cups purified water 1tsp whole brow flax let soak for 10 minutes.Then add lots of sunflower greens followed by a handfull of buckwheat then add 2 handfulls of parsley with a radish or 2.A tsp of kelp and a b12 packet for good measure,I have pictures of my sunflower sprouts in the photos section of the Image Gallery under grassmans sprouts.
