Hi - Whole Foods is so overpriced on things like this. I would try going on line to search for these oils - you can get some great deals. I purchased a gallon of unrefined organic coconut oil for 50 bucks and am awaiting delivery. I also had found a great deal on cold pressed unrefined seseme but I can't find either link right now - I fyou take some time with it you will probably find it too.
