the biggest problem i have with people is they don't want to take more than one or two or three at the most, chelators. they run into problems and always complain. i try to explain that some are binders and some are mobilizers..yada yada yada.
inveribly, they ask which are which. i only know a few, like C is a mobilzer, so is cilantro. chlorophyll is both. i think all the sulphur-based supplements are mobilizers and B12 is a mobilizer.
do you know what the rest are?
