Apple Cider Vinegar is Apple Cider that has been fermented to turn into a vinegar - a very sour acidy substance that is meant to be used only in very small amounts. Vinegar is used in salad dressings along with oil of some kind for flavoring. Medicinally it is used in small amounts and usually diluted with a lot of water. If you have swallowed a large amount of this I would drink a huge amount of distilled water... I am no expert but I do know that apple cider is more like a juice and vinegar is something entirely different. I'm sure doc and others more knowledgeable will be able to give you more info.
I hope you are doing o.k. I can't imagine apple cider causing s bad result as it is so sweet and delicious and I could drink a lot of it without any ill effects but you never know...
