The ole timers suggest that when the old people are nearing death---the skin on top of their wrist---will stand up when pulled up between the fingers and "stay" for a moment.

Basically "loose" skin, drying up-----sign of death of the body.

Today collagen and various names to describe loose skin, wrinkles and the such......

The ole "suggestion" does not apply to all, because some people have loose skin, loose joints and plenty of wrinkles early on--but when you mix in "dry", then yes, the old folks that ignore their health, they dry up, year after year and many allow their bones to become distorted and crippled...the dairy farmers famous for the crippled look after drinking raw fresh milk over a lifetime.

They blame age on loosing the ability to keep firm skin, but it is always bad habits and bad diets that cause functions to slow down and the hormones speed up the destruction.....all of which can be aided / corrected with better diet, less poisons.

THE SKIN is an amazing 2 way organ, you can easily absorb allot of water each day through the skin....

When you drink eat something, it only takes a dozen minutes for some of that food to be expelled out your skin--if your hot / sweating, such as drinking/eating while relaxing in a hot tub----the body is like 1 big 2 way SPONGE.......

THE STOMACH is the body's largest / fastest BLOOD CLEANSING ORGAN-- when poisoned, such as "example" a drs. needle enters your blood stream, you can feel the fluid race around your entire body and in less than a minute, start puking up the poison as it enters your stomach from your arteries..ask any M.D., they know. Anything they inject via needle, can cause that reaction. NORMAL people are so toxic, it makes no difference, nothing affects them, but someone with a so so clean body, can experience the blood stream attempting to collect and expel such poisons.

The LOOSE SKIN actually applies to the ENTIRE BODY---skin loose and dry? U can bet your internal organs are loose, wrinkled and dry as well--same with varicose veins---the ones you see are truly just the tip of the iceberg--internally is where the varicose veins cause the problems.

It is foolish to allow years to slide by and just watch your skin go to pot....loose, age spots, bad spots, wrinkles....and those that buy toxic creams, lotions and potions and just make it worse.......FACT: if you can not eat it, do not apply it to your skin, because your eating what ever is on your skin.

The normal person's skin is loaded with worms---they look like "pin" worms in appearance---they literally can crawl out of your skin from your feet to your forehead. They are white, thin and curly...and when people accidentally apply something to their skin that causes their worms to crawl out and fall off--those people become PARANOID for life, they become obsessed with removing them......there have been herbal formulas created long ago and the large natural pharmaceutical companies may know how to make them--but they will not! It is too disturbing for people to see with their own eyes......and there have been simple skin creams that people have applied after a hot shower and because the pores are opened up and the creams have oil based ingredients that "smother" the little worm---their worms come out and fall off, those type videos exist today....the ancient herbal formulas uses herbs and or insect fluids, such as cockroach bellies.

Worms like old skin with reduced blood flow and hair, oily hair that is yummy food with no live blood to harm the worms.

HEALTHY SKIN will "suck" up various fluids like a sponge and be in the blood stream instantly---some herbs enter the skin so fast, moisturize it so fast, it almost scary--because any dirt or chemicals on the skin----are absorbed right along with the herbs/foods applied to the skin.

REAL Olive-Oil is very drinkable...

REAL coconut oil has zero smell, if it smells like coconut, that crap has an added chemical/perfume that is toxic.

Herbs by mouth have been well studied by drs.

Herbs by air, not so much.

Healthy skin heals fast, as will the entire body----- it is when you heal slow that your screwed.......open sores and stuff like that is "bad".

Hulda Clark wrote allot and she self-published, that allows you to freely print anything and everything--I learned allot of great stuff from her books and as well allot of bad. It takes a few years to sort through such books and decide what you like and do not like--all good books can be like that---the tricky stuff can take a few years to discover---WHOOPS, wasted time on that, etc.

Most of the stuff Hulda wrote about was ok to GREAT and naturally the acid and vitamin stuff was bad stuff and the electronic stuff always ends up in people's closets---always.

Surely the worse thing Dr. Clark printed was the formula for Lugol's Iodine and if you had any connections, you could obtain the ingredients and Lugol's Iodine is very cheap to make and that makes it even more of a dangerous subject. That and a book became popular long ago painting the bottoms of your feet and your wrist with Lugol's Iodine...then Hulda comes along and says, drink 6 drops in a glass of water for that upset stomach and WOW, it worked....and super cheap to make.

1. The fumes while making it can burn your lungs---very nasty stuff.

2. Never spill it, it will stain most everything it touches.

3. Dr. Lugol basically stole the idea from a dr that made Iodine naturally and created the chemical LUGOL'S over 150 years ago. Hospitals said, when in doubt---give them IODINE! The idiots even added it to salt, after world war started--- hmm

4. By 1950 Lugol's was listed in the top 50 toxic substances for humans--causes boys to be born with damaged reproductive organs...if the parent ever rubbed lugol's on their skin---then when their baby was born, that baby could have extreme high iodine levels...so after the 1950's they started phasing out Lugol's Iodine.

5. Eventually eliminating iodine sold for human use and only veterinary use. Vet use has chemicals added so humans will not use it..same as they did with turpentine.

6. Lugol's is a heavy metal solution, once on your skin or in mouth---it can take many years to get out of the body. Skin, finger nails and your hair will show toxic lugol's iodine years after trying Lugol's---making Dr. Clark's printing of the formula, 1 of the bad things. She printed more good than bad and she lived the way she wrote---her dental work, her supplements etc. all like she wrote in her books... Her books had many LIFE CHANGING / IMPROVING subjects---changed my life for the better!

Was soylent green a pre-warning, were they making soylent green back in the days of Chuck's movies.. watch the Volkswagen documentary and ask your self--how do all the employees eat sausage 3x daily and no need for anything different on the plate...hmm could you live on sausage only? Simple fact- no human past age 18 months hs any business drinking milk of any type from a mammal, including their mother.

"IF" you lived pre 1900 and could find a healthy dairy cow, you still should not drink milk past age 18 months.

"IF" you insisted on drinking milk and could find a health dairy cow pre 1900, then "fasting" on milk, is about the only healthy way and you will still damage your longevity by doing so.

Only an evil human will continue to harm others-after they learn it. A real person changes for the better as they learn better.

RAW MILK is great when specie specific.

For a human baby where mom's health made her milk pitiful and she has to give baby an alternative milk--you find the best goat you can and dilute the raw milk 50% with your steam distilled water and a drop or 2 of pure wild oregano oil. Freeze it by the quarts and use as needed....at 18 months old, never ever give milk again.
