I came across this site, and while I cannot personally attest to the results (haven't applied the rules yet), it makes sense to me.
This Byron J. Richards explains why we gain weight, and gives 5 rules for losing weight. There is a product , but the rules apply regardless. If your serious, you should at least take the time to watch the series of videos.
In fact all of his online classes are interesting about many subjects.

Hi Fonty!
I was just about to ask this question when I saw this thread! I will give your method a try. It kinda does make sense that the body will digest the loose skin when it is not needed. I saw this article called "the myth of loose skin" a few weeks ago and wasn't sure what to think.
I lost 30Kg in around 5 months, waist down from 46 inches to 36 inches, and noticed the start of loose skin around my navel, so I put the brakes on a bit. During my period of healthy eating after that, I noticed the skin tightening up a little, as you might expect. So for my remaining 24Kg, I will probably keep on track, my target overall is around a kilo a week.
I will report my experience during the forthcoming weeks. Cheers for the info.
