It is good thing that you thought of fasting. But the path you are on is called starvation and not fasting. You are damaging your body and do not even know or feel it. If you truly want to heal your body just take water. Since you are 5'1", you can be weighing upto 135lbs and you will be ok. Are you a male or female?
If you read many messages here they will tell you the same. Very simple logic tells you that anything you put in your mouth activates your digestion, why would you do that? Your digestion uses the most energy compared to all the processes in your body. You are to conserve energy while fasting so your body uses that to clean and eat all the junk and fats in your body. If you take anything at all while fasting that process will stop. When you eat partial foods (supplements) your body takes the other reserves from your body to survive. You want to stay in ketosis and not starvation mode.
Also do not set so high limit for your self. Take one day at a time. Once you are on water only fast you will see how different you feel, hunger will go away. You will detox and lose weight.
Your feet are achy from weight and possible insulin resistance or even diabetes. Have you checked your Sugar
If you can pull through 30-40 days of water fast, then eat raw foods for 30 days then fast again for 30 days to get to your goal. You will lose 1lb a day. If you want to lose more, walk everyday leisurely for 15-20 minutes, no strenuous exercise though.
