I've read Mastering Leptin and The Leptin Diet by Byron Richards. Both are great. Mastering Leptin is my favorite because it is more technical and even talks about insulin resitance, female hormone balance, and fibromyalgia. The Leptin Diet is really good too. I'd suggest that one for people starting out and who want a shorter read.
One of the rules in the book is eating a high protein breakfast. This has made a huge difference for me -- more energy and I'm able to go meal to meal without eating.
