Saccharomyces boulardii supplements vs kombucha
I was wondering if anyone had any luck with the s boulardii retention enemas as recommended by dvjorge and could provide some insight.
My battle has been spanning for what seems like an eternity (several years). I have been very strict with the candida diet for the last 5 months zero sugars, zero carbs all vegetables (and some eggs). tried just about every supplement/remedy mentioned on here and other places to no avail. My last resort was to procure some nystatin from fludan.com but it would appear that is no longer a viable option.
I am not sure how i feel about ordering some from china/online.
I had brewed a gallon of home made kombucha a month ago and tried it with retention enemas as dvjorge suggested and i don't believe it had the impact i was hoping for. I have 4 more gallons brewing now and will be ready in a few days. Hoping to get an idea of how frequently/how much i should take to impact the candida.
Have you tried home brewed kombucha or are you using supplements (pill form) either orally or powder emptied into your enema solution?

I tried now foods 2 pills 3 times a day orally in addition to kombucha retention enemas approx 1 qt for 12+ hrs
I even added 4 of the now foods capsules with the kombucha to the enemas in addition to taking the supplements orally 3 times a day.
The very first retention enema of kombucha only I had cramping/gurgling in my digestive system for a few hours. Each time after that felt the same as a regular water enema.
I have cut back on all the oral supplements recently as i wasn't seeing much of an impact, i also got tired of starving and cheated with a few slices of bread and a few potatoes in the last few weeks as well as adding some natural chicken to my all vegetable diet. As a result, it feels like i have gone back to square one. Constant headaches and the brain fog is back although not as bad as it was.
At the start of my new diet, i made 50 pounds
of fermented sauerkraut and about a month and a half ago once it was ready, i started adding that to my diet to introduce some good bacteria back into my system after a few months of antifungals. I don't know if it is the cabbage or just my digestive system not agreeing with me but i feel like i could get rich selling off all this gas i am having lately...
