  I am sorry you broke a bone. I know from experience and study the body works very hard during a juice fast or any type of cleanse. This work needs to be done when we are able to rest and put the least amount of stress on our body. Since you broke a bone I would personally break the fast and give myself lots of green leafy vegetables for healthy minerals needed for the bone to knit properly. Additionally I would keep my fruit content high for good energy levels. pererably mix sweet with non-sweet fruits. this will sustain the energy over a period of time with less crashes if any.
  And of course plenty but not too much plant based protien to support healthy mending as well while staying alkaline.

  I had a somewhat similar question and have searched ALL over the net seeing if it is common, but thre is nothing on it? I had soreness, itching and draining in my left breast... which is kind of scary. It is still tender at the bottom near ribs and it is actually hard to figure out where it is sore. I think that it cleans you glands out.. but I wish I could find more on this. I took a month break and went back on. I am on day 5. I just think there is sometihng there that needs to be flushed out and this seems to be doing it? I felt the same way you do.. tha tI needed to do more cleansing.

You can get it from Herbalife, or buy it cheaper in bulk from many online retailers (make sure to get Soy Protein Isolate) and make shakes with it using fruit and fruit juice. I think soy protein isolate is a marvelous nutritional product and use it daily.

    Heck, there's even a book called: "The Liver Cleanse Diet" that involves drinking lemon juice in the morning, eating legumes, veggies, etc.. and taking milk thistle, and the whole point is to boost metabolism and lose weight.

The MC should not be undertaken prior to reading the book The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs AND all of the FAQ's. In some people fasting may promote formation and/or growth of intrahepatic stones and/or gallstones. Flush your liver before and after every fast to prevent possible problems!
