by the way. I did the Stanley Burroughs master cleanse with lemons & maple syrup a few times. The longest I went was 11 days. After the first day I really wasn't hungry. By the 3rd day I had an increased amount of energy. The coating on my tongue was almost
gone by the 11th day but I really had the urge to chew on something so I stopped the fast before my tongue was totally clear. While on the fast my cravings for sweets and other "unhealthy" foods stopped. The cider vinegar/honey fast brings on the same results and was easier for me to mix up than
the lemon/maple syrup one. In fact I found your question while
looking up additional info on cider vinegar. I plan on starting a
fast tomorrow (I do 1-3 a year) and hopefully will stay on it at
least 7 days. In addition to the cv/h you should drink at least
5-6 full glasses of water a day. In the morning and at night I
used warm to hot water for the cv/h...it was like drinking tea.
During the day at work it was easier to use cold water. I also
took a capsule of cayenne a few times a day...make sure you drink
a full glass of water with it or you will feel some heat in the
stomach. Nothing horrid, you'll just know it's there. I honestly
feel better during a cleanse, I just have to make sure that once
it's over I don't go back to eating too much junk food.
