Jocko Willink knows a lot about discipline. He’s achieved things that required him to have a lot of it, such as commanding a Navy SEAL team during the Battle of Ramadi, leading training for all West Coast SEAL teams and launching Echelon Front as a leadership instructor, speaker and executive coach.
On the SUCCESS Live stage, he speaks with powerful conviction as Josh Ellis, editor in chief of SUCCESS magazine, makes an interesting point about something Willink strongly believes in: how discipline leads to freedom.
“It’s counterintuitive in a way,” Ellis says. “It almost seems like something that only someone who has lived that way can testify to.”
Willink quickly agrees. He says sleeping in every morning might sound like freedom, but it’s actually not. If sleeping in means you don’t get things done, you’ve become a slave to apathy. In his new book, Discipline Equals Freedom: Field Manual, Willink describes discipline in thought and action—from what he eats to how he trains and manages his day.

What you are describing sounds more like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome than adrenal fatigue. Adrenal fatigue is very limiting but with Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome you can completely "crash" and stay that way for a while. What to do about it? I used the Microbe Electrifier by BioElectric to get rid of the causative virus of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome (although there is a Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome that isn't by a virus) and then used their Candida Zapper to get rid of intestinal candida which was causing food allergies which was causing adrenal fatigue.
300 PUSH UPS A DAY FOR 30 DAYS CHALLENGE (My body results)
300 push ups a day for 30 days. The push up challenge! ...to see what results it would have on my chest growth. I started off being able to do about 25-30 in a row. Just a challenge I wanted to try alongside my normal training.
I continued my normal gym routine while doing this challenge (except the chest days weren't very productive considering all the push ups!)

By all means please try a fast with distilled water. I have done a few fasts with distilled water, and didn't see a big difference, as well as found out that it was pH 5.0 water I was drinking I stopped using it. I used to get a local supermarket brand, it was a rip off. I too want to purchase a distiller with ozonating capabilty. Dr. Robert Rowen talks about ozonated water and its therapeutic value.
If I find a good source of distilled water, I am going to give it a try for regular use.
