It turns out that I have some sort of nerve misfiring issue related to a pelvic injury I didn't know I had until recently. I had many tests run by an infectious disease doctor in Beth Israel in Boston, and I'm clear for parasites. I think the wormword stuff I was taking may have caused or worserned it, so be careful with the herbals. In any case, I'm sleeping better now, though it took months to get to the bottom of this. For the rest of you, double check and make sure you don't have a nerve issue! Or even some kind of misalignment (spinal) that could be pressing on something!

I think the problem with food allergies and intolerances is that people usually have more than one. It's hard to know what to avoid since some skin allergy tests come back positive for certain foods while allergy blood tests come back negative. If anyone knows, I would like to know if one can eat foods that show up as positive in allergy skin tests (rash symptom), but negative in allergy blood tests?
The evolution theory didn't make sense about EC, though, because it's a minor condition in which sufferers can still thrive.

Buy the way, this answer I just created can be considered relevant for anyone suffering from back pain, neck pain, headaches, scoliosis, neuralgias, etc.

I consider this sentence the most important sentence in your message! My reply will actually focus on it.
I can't remember if you mentioned your age, as age is a very important factor in curing any scoliosis, but nevertheless, if I were you, my main focus would be on fixing the scoliosis. I would start today!
Yoga is great, you are already on the right path! But, there are a few other things I would have done.
Look out a therapist specialized in helping correct displacement of the sacroiliac joint or balancing the hips. It could be a chiropractor specialized in it, or a shiatsu therapist, or yumeiho therapist, or osteopath, or anyone who has some experience with that.
Most cases of scoliosis I have seen, and I used to work as manual therapist for many years, are actually caused by the displacement of the sacroiliac joint (joint connecting hip bones with your sacrum, lower part of your spine).
That is where most scoliosis starts, and it may manifest itself much more, much higher in the thoracic spine and in your neck.
Our hips are fundaments of our body construction. Once hips are out of balance, you can spend a fortune on trying the fix the rest of the construction, but it will seldom work.
It is like trying to fix cracks on a building, while ignoring the fact that building has bad, unstable foundations, which are the underlying cause of all cracs.
So the problem must be addressed from the cause, from the foundation, to achieve long lasting solution.
Hips and sacroiliac joints are the foundation of our body.
So, what else would I do:
Research the "Teeter Hang Ups - Dex II decompression machine".
Research the "Invertrac" decompression machine.
Research the "Inversion table" decompression machine (one of the 2 machines above is more important for you )
Do pull-us every day (I would start hanging today! you do not have to pull yourself up, hanging is enough! ).
Consider investing money in some of the machines mentioned! Buying one of those and using them every day. It is a natural way to fix spinal misalignments.
At the bottom of this message, I give you a few images and videos of machines and workouts.
That is the priority.
Now, a few other things that can also help upper spine:

I have no commercial interest in you purchasing any one of machines I mentioned or shown below. They are presented here just as an example of what I would have spent my money on. I used to owe some of those, by the way, so I rank them by quality of what they can do for your spine.
Decompression Machines are significantly cheaper than manual therapist, and you can used them several times per day, while taking a therapy several times per day may cost you a fortune, unless your spouse is a therapist.
Machines are sorted by their ability to fix your problem. The most relevant on top.
Used machine may be as good as new, you do not have to spend a fortune to get healthy. Used machines may be sold on Ebay, Craigs list, facebook etc.
A small clinical trial conducted at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute has led to two-thirds of children treated with an experimental immunotherapy treatment being cured of their allergy. Importantly, this desensitisation to peanuts persisted for up to four years after treatment.
“These children had been eating peanut freely in their diet without having to follow any particular program of peanut intake in the years after treatment was completed,” said the lead researcher, Prof Mimi Tang.
Peanut allergy is the most common cause of anaphylaxis, a life-threatening allergic reaction, and one of the most common causes of death from food allergy.
To combat this Tang, an immunologist and allergist, pioneered a new form of treatment that combines a probiotic with peanut oral immunotherapy, known as PPOIT. Instead of avoiding the allergen, the treatment is designed to reprogram the immune system’s response to peanuts and eventually develop a tolerance.
It’s thought that combining the probiotic with the immunotherapy gives the immune system the “nudge” it needs to do this, according to Tang.
Forty-eight children were enrolled in the PPOIT trial and were randomly given either a combination of the probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus with peanut protein in increasing amounts, or a placebo, once daily for 18 months.
At the end of the original trial in 2013, 82% of children who received the immunotherapy treatment were deemed tolerant to peanuts compared with just 4% in the placebo group.
Four years later, the majority of the children who gained initial tolerance were still eating peanuts as part of their normal diet and 70% passed a further challenge test to confirm long-term tolerance.
Tang said the results were exciting and had been life-changing for participants. “The way I see it is that we had children who came into the study allergic to peanuts, having to avoid peanuts in their diet, being very vigilant around that, carrying a lot of anxiety with that and, at the end of treatment and even four years later, many of these children who had benefited from our probiotic peanut therapy could now live like a child who didn’t have peanut allergy.”
The results are published in the Lancet Child & Adolescent Health.
If confirmed by larger clinical studies, the broader hope is that this treatment can have an impact on the high rates of food allergy among children.
“This is a major step forward in identifying an effective treatment to address the food allergy problem in western societies,” Tang said.
For "stones" to exit gallbladder, there are several things that are needed:
- gallbladder must be strong enough to push the gallstone(s) out.
- cystic duct must be larger than the smallest diameter of any stone, if that stones is to pass out
- all other bile ducts connecting cystic duct with the duodenum (including common bile duct and the sphincter of Oddi ) must be larger than the smallest diameter of any stone.
The sphincter of Oddi is a muscular valve that controls the flow of digestive juices (bile and pancreatic juice) through ducts from the liver, gallbladder and pancreas into the first part of the small intestine (duodenum).
So, size matters, both size of your ducts, and the size of your stones.
Also, the strength of your gallbladder matters.
- sometimes, people experience pain, but there are no stones. Pain can be caused by inflamed gallbladder, inflamed bile ducts, infection, inflamed intestines, inflamed stomach, etc...
And, statistically, we know that sometimes it can take many flushes before your gallbladder becomes so strong that it is able to push the stone out.
And, statistically, we know that sometimes people give up half way during this process and opt for surgery. That usually happens when they experience too much pain.
Beware, while surgery helps majority of those with pain, minority continues to suffer even after surgery. Not even surgery guaranties painless life.
Also, to some people, pain is triggered by some intolerance.
Like, if you are intolerant to milk, cheese can trigger the pain.
Also, intolerance to gluten may play role in pain.
Intolerance to other things may also play a role, like spices, fried foods, sugar, alcohol, vinegar etc.
You may be passing out sand and gallbladder sludge!
Also, all bile passed out is usually flushed out, and with that bile you are also flushing out heavy metals, pesticides, medications and anything else that you may have accumulated inside your liver, inside your gallbladder, or inside that fat tissues in your body!
