Okay, okay, I'm admitting it. The white flag is up. I love yogurt, cottage cheese, and hard cheese. these are the last of my dietary vices. I've let go of meat, sugar, all flour products, processed foods, et al. My diet consists of beans, vegetables, fruits, soy products . . .
. . . and dairy. Yogurt, cottage, and cheese. You are educating me to the fact that dairy is stone producing. I am so sad, and still not ready to release the dairy in my diet.
Any suggestions? Any substitutes?
