I would consider either of the two (preferably the first one) twice a year… Cayce said in one case I believe during seasonal changes. Both formulas have a form of Iodine in them and I have taken them… twice the year before the Iodine forum(s) appeared on the zone.

Is the formula 369 similar to either of these? Or is it a Chinese herbal? I think I remember seeing a Chinese herbal formula 369.
