in order for Iodine to do its job, certain other nutrients have to be present. some examples dr B gave were that nodules on the thyroid were also low in selenium compared to the healthy tissue. another was vit A. a deficiency in vit A decreases the uptake of Iodine into the thyroid.

it so happens i am using some vit A at this time just to see if any changes take place. its been getting cooler outside and i do believe i am getting warmer. hmmm.
