My mom and dad live in India. They have no knowledge about H2O2 and Ozone, but for past year or so , they started doing lot of deep breathing exercises. And they say they feel wonderful. They have seen great improvements in their health. They take no supplements. Just normal Indian food. Dad is 71 and mom is 61.
I am just wondering the extra oxygen which they are inhaling is helping them. I really want to start Yoga but I am just feeling lazy.
Isnt Oxygen really amazing?
