I don't know you, etc..most people take 1 teaspoon daily, 1 tablespoon is best and if you have MS and such problems as well as clogged arteries/heart/brain then 3 tablespoons daily may be best.
I will look for the Dr. Christopher hormone balance in my local health food stores... is there anything I can take instead in case I can't find it?

How does one dilute the oregano oil enough to be safe for the skin?? I don't want to burn myself, I've used tea tree oil undiluted in the past and gotten a red face and burned.
Naturally you use mostly Olive Oil and very little essential oils. Everyone's skin is tender to a differant degree, the face being very tender, etc.
