Hi guys, I'm new here and hopefully I'm doing this correctly :)
I am on day 3 of my juice fast and it has been wonderful - much different from previous fasts I've done. I've been having a mix of veggie/fruit juice, taking milk thistle, and drinking around 3 liters of water throughout the day (is that too much? not enough?)
I know it probably isn't "real" fat yet, but my face is smaller and I've lost about 3
inches on my waist, woo!
Has anyone here done around 90 days on juice and lost significant weight? I'd love some details. I am taking it one day at a time, however I will admit I have a desire to reach 90.
I'm healthy (aside from being overweight!) and I'm wondering if there is anything I should worry about during long fasts like this? I have done as much research as I can, but there isn't much talking about 60+day fasts.
If there are some threads I missed already discussing that, I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction :D
Oh one more question - flax oil, good or bad? It's packed with good stuff but I have no idea if it is recommended while fasting!
