There's a difference. In my experience with having at least the bulk of junk and a clear colon path, my cravings disappear. It's like the junk sits there and your body reabsorbs them making you crave things.
I used up my last emergency stash of Oxypowder
and I've been constipated for 4 days and am craving icecream like crazy which I also crave when I'm dehydrated. Yesterday I also craved..grease. Gross. But go figure.
