My opinion is in most cases, increased levels of yeast or any natural commensal fungi are a result of other problems. I my case, it is a combination of specific parasitic organisms which causes elevated levels of several forms of yeast.

Chances are, you will heal fairly quickly if you were only at a 1+. I was at a 2-3 +, but this was AFTER a year of treating candida - I never got a test in the beginning. Why not try just the other stuff w/o the nystatin at first? You may be able to heal w/o having to resort to antifungals, which is the preferrabel way to go if possible, in my opinion.
