I got a lab test back a couple of days ago which said I have candida. I don't know if I should go on medication or start UT. Could anyone tell me how effective UT is against candida? Please share your experience? Does it take long to get rid of? Do you have to go on a strict candida diet and so on? The doctor recommend I go on drugs (ketoconazole) but I don't know, it's quite strong stuff, scary side effects.
