If I had to have only one juicer, it'd be the single Auger Omega 8003. It turns at 80 or so RPM's. The centrifugals are high-speed (I think mine is 4,200 rpm), and force the produce against a stainless steel screen basket to extract the juice, creating oxygen in the process.
The Jury is still out on what is the Best Juicer. I've owned more juicers than I like to admit......from the Norwalk Press all the way down to the screw type Manuals.
