Hi Everyone. I was recently introduced to curezone and am so grateful for all the helpful advice provided. This is my first time doing the Master-Cleanse and I'm on day 3. I was concerned about my BM. Even with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) there doesn't seem to be much happening, just very watery stools. I'm going to try doing a better job of massaging my colon, but in the mean time can I also do an enema? Any other suggestions to make this cleanse more productive? Thanks!
