After reading VIOLET 24's posting, I'm relieved to know I haven't developed Anxiety dissorder this summer just out of the blue! I've cleaned up my diet quite a bit; NO coffee, wheat bread, crackers, and no Sugar of any kind. And I've only done pro-biotics, (NO anti-fungals yet) But I've had ALOT of anxiety in the mornings. Lots of B complex helps. Any one have thoughts ? THANK'S GUYS
A teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water, sipped over a 30-minute time period is helpful, as is a glass of water with juice of fresh lemon a couple times a day. Yepper, the die off anxiety can be a real horror show.
Thank's SANS, I'll try both you suggestions. I'm going to take killing off the Candida SLOWLY as to not become a nervous wreck! And I'm comforted to know that others have anxiety while treating their Candida.
Anxiety, Depression and other psychological issues are all part of systematic candida IMO. I posted something awhile back about my obsessive thouthts that started around the time my symptoms surfaced. Do not worry, it's a negative condition that affects everywhere negatively.
