The first 2 days I thought the taste of the molasses was so bad that I almost stopped the lemonade, however I did not have a clear alternative so I pressed on. I had good results 2yrs ago with the Maple Syrup on my 28 day Master-Cleanse
so that encouraged me to continue.
I am on the Master-Cleanse
now 21 days and the molasses now taste great! My blood count went from 315 to 98 in the process. I was taking 2 medications and continued to do so for the 1st week. The second week I stopped taking one of the medications. The next week only insulin. This week I stopped taking the insolin. Each week my blood count went down by 10 to 20 point a day. I have a range of 98 to 160, however it is mostly around 100 and that is without Meds.
I will continue another 10 days ane evaluate then.
Does anyone have a diet for former diabetics that is tasty?
