I use red palm mixed with olive + sesame + oregano drops in the AM. The oregano makes it more palatable but even without I don't mind it that much. So far I've not seen any staining on my teeth but I do brush and water pik right after swishing.
I have very weak enamel so I expected orange stains but not happening and my teeth look nice.
I started getting an achy tooth a few years ago that would come and go. Had my dentist look at it three different times and he never saw anything even on x-rays. The ache would go away for long periods so I quit worry about it until last spring when it became consistent and progressively got worse. This summer decided to delay my dental cleaning and take matters into my own hands as I feared the worse.
So for the last month or so I've been swishing with the palm oil combo above first thing in the morning. Then later during the day using coconut oil if I have time. And right before bed cod liver + olive with 1 oregano drop.
So far so good...there's still an ache but the intensity is definitely dropping. I was noticing my tooth all the time especially when I laid down...but now only notice it occasionally during the day.
BTW...also throwing the book at this problem. I'm following the protocol on oramedia
-following a weston price diet using Rami Nagel's program.
-using oravive mineral conditioner once or twice during the day between meals.
-upping my Vit D3 with higher doses of cod liver oil and vit D3 tabs. I tested for
this and my levels were amazingly at the lower range despite no gluten and a
fairly great diet.
(not using Rami's raw liver eating suggestion though...instead using drrons. NZ desiccated liver tabs and upped my calcium/mag using Dr. Ron's hydroxyapatite from New Zealand cows. NZ cows to hopefully lower the fluoride content that appears to be in many bone meals. I am using Rami's suggestions to take cod liver oil and butter oil 3X/day and I take 6-12 liver tabs with that - 6 tabs equal one ounce of liver)
PLEASE...anyone who read this far and can add more I really want to hear it!
