As I read it, Klebsiella eats lactose, so that means zero dairy. And it is encapsulated, so I'd try to whip that capsule off with papaya and pineapple enzymes. And I'd change my pH per Dr. Larrian Gillespie's WONDERFUL book, "You Don't Have to Live with Cystitis." Gillespie says no cranberry juice as it is too acid. And no turkey, as turkey's tryptophan encourages "Leaky Cell" which is the thinning of the cell wall (ouch! if that is in the bladder) that oozes buffering minerals that makes the pH more acid. Concentrate on kelp for minerals, and a pinch of baking soda in water if needed.
Klebsiella grows in an an-aerobic--oxygen-free--environment, so silver colloid, a hyperoxidizer, and conservative ozone therapy, and oxygen drops, should help. Get Gillespie's book! She's the best! She's Cher's doctor, the one who brought her back from the dead. Avoid ALL nitrates
and nitrite bearing foods, including wine, I guess, as they block the uptake of oxygen to red blood cells.
Oh...I'd whack back any latent Candida in the guts as it will snitch all your pH raising Magnesium. Use Caprylic Acid as it is safe for pregnant women. CAPRYL is one brand name. Blessings!
