I've always loved Katherine.

It's a very adaptable name depending on what stage of life the girl/woman is in:

Kitty (yikes)

My 2 cents...if I'd had a girl, that would have been it.

Hmmm, unusual names.....Maribella I quite like because I like "bella". Madonna is nice (but pretty notorious).

I quite like the names - Jacinta, Lucinda, Christa, Christen, Aimee, Sophie, Geena (Gina), Holly, Greta, Lisa etc... But it's difficult because no matter WHAT name you think of someone will hate it lol.

I am curious why you are naming your friend's

I like Maribella but the child will be called any
of Mary, Bella, Belly, and Ribby could even be
tossed in by other children.

Marabelle (Marbella) is Spanish/Portuguese and means Pretty

I wanted to name my first born daughter Winona
because she is part Cherokee and it means first
born. She has it as part of her middle name though
since we did not want her to be called Winnie for
the rest of her life. We named her Clare and so
she was called Clare Bear which she was not fond
of. Its best to think of the child when naming them
and try to figure out the obvious ways other children
can abuse their name and avoid that if possible.

I like Piper - I don't care for the other one - I would suggest keeping it simple and staying away from fad names like Tiffany or Madison -

Piper seems to be unusual without being pretentious.

I like Laural and Eva. Also don't mind James for a girl as you can call her Jamie.

I also like Samantha - Sam for short and I'm fond of Anya too.
