While its happened before, it’s a regular occurrence over the last several weeks, well, make that months.

It’s an “extra” Thank You from my wife.

For what pray tell?

We’ve been painting the inside of the house.

At first we were doing it a room at a time.

Always taking a full day on the weekend. (I hate “working” on the weekend)

Typically taking a week or two in between.

I finally got smart and (depending on the size) we paint one wall a day after I get home from work.

Yesterday we finished off the master bathroom (2 walls per day) and I’ll be putting the fixtures on tonight.

We only have the kitchen and family room to go. (3000sq foot house)

Not bad for a couple of “ole” people.

Now, my wife and I have been married for almost 20 years.

My motto has always been, can it be done next week or better yet next year?

If so, great! Talk to me next year....;-)

So, to have me leave for work at 4:00 in the morning, come home, sit with the wife and enjoy a cup of coffee, then move furniture, prep, paint for perhaps 4 hours, move furniture back.

For 4 days during the week.

I don’t think you could have convinced her that was possible.

So?

Let’s just say FOCUS and DRIVE might be key words used with iodine.

Or perhaps, a more simple explanation, a lack of irritability at a wife’s “many” requests....;-)

Ah well, works for me.

Yes I sure have, and I'm loving it :).

Feels like I am coming back to my Self :).

Friends and family have also commented on it.

My senses (*All* of them) are re-sharpening, and my thinking is coming back to clear. My natural passion, creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm are also coming back. Lord, I can even make a normal decision again.

Altogether, I feel more peaceful, more creatively passionate, more calm (As you said), and more resolved about developing my goals.

More folks need to know about Iodine :).

No ones made any comments, that would mean they would have to demean themselves by sending out a compliment. I do notice a huge difference 21 days after my cycle which is the day I turn into Hell's Fury for 1 day per month. Otherwise I am sweets!!! I am sure that the Iodine is pulling me out of Peri-Menopause.
