I don't know if these are candida symptoms or not--my dr seems to be stumped! I have recently had a candida sensitivity test(which of course won't be back for 3 weeks...ugh) but I did test sensitive for several foods. I have avoided these, but continue to have extreme stomach upset, intestinal distress, rashes on my elbows, and sores in my mouth!! It is quite debilitating at times, and I am about to leave for a weeks vacation in NYC!! NOOO!! I think my Dr's office thinks I'm just insane and isn't calling me back with advice on what to do. These symptoms seems to me to be immune or inflammation related. Does anyone have any advice for me?
