I just did Clark's Cleanse and I was unhappy with how it compared to the "Cleansing or Surgery" gallbladder flush....mainly because, while the latter cleanse takes more time, it is definitely "cleaner"...meaning that when eliminating, you will see only green stones in an otherwise clear toilet (at least that was my experience).
Anyway, so I wanted to further understand their differences...here's my impression of what the various components do:
mixture- makes the liver bile ducts wider, which allows for the passing of stones. As well, it seems to pass through the body...similar to the internal saltwater bath in The Master Cleanser
Olive oil - Because of the its fat content and lubrication, it activates the gall bladder causing it to eject stones.
Ornithine tables - to help you sleep in spite of the discomfort caused by the above items.
Please comment on or correct the above items. Also, can anyone give their opinion on these other components:
- Timing - Why take 2 doses at night and 2 in the morning
- Laying down - Why does Clark's advocate laying down flat? While the Cleansing or Surgery book advocates laying on your right side?
- Why are we not supposed to eat after 2pm?
- Why are we advised to do the parasite
cleanse first....what difference would that make?
Thanks in advance.
