Well it's day 2 of my waterfast. I must say I am finding it hard to fight temptations of eating food to satisfy my tastebuds and cravings instead of hunger. Unfortunately I work as a nanny in someone else's home so I cannot get rid of the food that temps me nor can I at my house since no one else is aware I am doing this.
They say the hardest part is the first 3 days, is this true?
Any advice anyone can give me?
